PXT starter set - for quick starters

Schmalz offers a best-of of its modular gripper system PXT in its store - in the form of two starter kits. With the preconfigured sets, the customer saves having to assemble many individual parts: He orders directly and receives all the necessary components for a variety of gripper layouts.

With the PXT, J. Schmalz GmbH introduced a new option for individual grippers to the market last year. The vacuum expert now provides a more direct and even faster entry into the world of gripper construction with two starter sets. They include basic equipment with holders, connections and four or six suction cups for building individual gripper systems with a single or double main beam. Always included are flange feeders for common lightweight robots and an efficient ejector for vacuum generation. The starter set also serves as a basis for more complex systems later on. This is because users can simply add further components from the extensive PXT modular system to the grippers.

Like all other grippers based on the PXT modular system, the PXT Starter Kit 2-6 and PXT Starter Kit 1-4 variants carry a maximum of 25 kilograms. They can be assembled just as easily with only a few tools. Thanks to their low overall height, the Starter Set grippers have sufficient freedom of movement even in confined spaces. The modular design enables a wide range of applications with a manageable number of components. The new sets are available immediately.
