Registrations must be made in writing by fax or e-mail and should reach us at least two weeks before the seminar begins. Please use the registration form for this purpose.
You will receive a registration confirmation from us upon receipt of your written registration. Please note that this can be done at the earliest four weeks before the seminar starts. As the number of participants is limited, registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
The prices and terms of payment stated in the registration confirmation apply. The prices do not include the statutory value-added tax. The participation fees include the required training documents as well as catering during the event breaks. An invoice will be sent to participants 10 - 14 days before the event and is payable in advance. The costs for travel to and from the event as well as accommodation are to be borne by the participant.
Upon request, we can provide information about hotels in the vicinity of the training location. However, the participant will enter into all contracts regarding reservations, accommodations and cancellations directly with the hotel and will settle directly with the hotel.
If a participant is unable to attend a seminar date, written notice of cancellation must be given. Cancellation is free of charge up to two weeks before the start of the seminar. After that, cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the participation fee. A substitute participant can be named at no extra charge. Refunds for services not completely taken will not be made.
J. Schmalz GmbH reserves the right to cancel the seminar for good cause. Payments already made will be refunded. Any further claim for damages is excluded.
Information conveyed orally or in writing during the seminar and contained in the seminar documents are prepared to the best of our knowledge and belief. We accept no liability for any errors and any consequential damage or loss resulting from such errors.
The seminar documents provided are exclusively for the personal use of the participant. J. Schmalz GmbH reserves the rights to all documents. Reproduction, duplication, distribution or processing by means of electronic systems, even in part, is not permitted without written permission.
To confirm participation, each participant will receive a qualified final certificate "Certified Vacuum Technician (Schmalz)".
Additional agreements must be made in writing. Place of performance is the venue of the event. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Freudenstadt.
