Vacuum lifting devices VacuMaster from Schmalz are used to handle metal sheets, wood or plastic sheets, barrels and windows and glass sheets. Heavy loads of up to 750 kg may be handled comfortably and safely using the lifting devices.

Vacuum lifters from Schmalz are offered in a variety of designs. All vacuum lifters have one particular feature, however: their innovative and simple configurability ensures that you, as the customer, receive exactly the vacuum lifter that you require.

Schmalz also offers special vacuum lifters for special handling tasks. These special solutions are based on the vacuum lifting devices VacuMaster's platform and were developed specially for a variety of sector applications.

Vacuum Lifters for Handling Large and Flat Workpieces

The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster is used if large or very heavy workpieces are handled with a vacuum lifter. In the standard version a distinction is made between the VacuMaster Basic and VacuMaster Comfort. Both vacuum lifters enable loads of up to 750 kg to be handled safely and ergonomically. They differ in terms of their operating elements: the lifting device VacuMaster Basic's operating handle is characterized by its comprehensive standard configuration that includes a motor-protection switch and an integrated vacuum gauge. The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster Comfort offers additional equipment, such as an integrated air-saving function and reliable release of the load. Common to both vacuum lifters is the large vacuum reservoir integrated in the load beam that prevents the load from falling over in the event of a sudden power failure. It also accelerates the intake of the load in repeated lifting operations.

The comprehensive accessories that Schmalz offers for its vacuum lifting devices should not be underestimated. The optional swivel and snap-in operator handles enable large height differences to be overcome and therefore ensures an ergonomic working position. Individual suction plates of the vacuum lifter for handling workpieces with recesses are switched off, if necessary, with the suction cutoff, and Schmalz offers a maintenance-free water separator for protection against the ingress of water for wet processes.

Vacuum Lifters for Frequent and Rapid Movement of Workpieces

Schmalz offers vacuum lifters for the rapid lifting and movement of workpieces of up to 300 kg in high cycle frequency in the form of a vacuum tube lifter Jumbo. Vacuum tube lifters from Schmalz are divided into three types: lightweight goods of up to 50 kg are moved ergonomically and at a high cycle frequency with the JumboFlex. The JumboSprint and the JumboErgo are designed for larger loads of up to 300 kg. They do share a product package, though differ in terms of the operator handles that are perfectly adapted to the customer's particular requirements. The JumboErgo's rotary handle recreated as a motorcycle twist grip allows the operator to move workpieces sensitively and accurately, while the rotary bow-shaped operator handle of the vacuum lifter JumboSpirit supports accurate placement on compact workpieces.

The vacuum lifter JumboFlex focuses on the greatest possible flexibility. Workpieces can be picked up, lowered and released again using the innovative one-finger control. The series quick-change adapter enables the operator to switch between different suction cups in a matter of seconds. The vacuum lifter can therefore be prepared for a great many different tasks in the shortest possible time.

The comprehensive range of accessories underlines the vacuum lifter Jumbo's variety. The optional radio remote control SRC enables the vacuum generator operator to be switched off and switched on again at the operator handle. Therefore up to 40% of energy can be saved at the touch of a button. The sound level of the vacuum generator is reduced to 65 db (A) with the silencer box SBB, and the dust filter STF prevents the vacuum generator from becoming contaminated. These and other accessories make the vacuum lifter Jumbo a handling solution you can rely on.
